Upon arrival, we were welcomed with beautiful flower necklaces and cold fruit drinks—what a delightful touch! The beach is simply breathtaking, and the warm ocean water made our days unforgettable. Our family enjoyed relaxing in the cozy panoramic suite, especially the shared mini pool and kitchenette for late-night snacks. The staff was always professional and accommodating, even arranging our taxi at reasonable rates. We really had a fabulous stay!

Service was commendable, especially from team members like Niyaz and Kanchana, who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. However, the bar snack menu was a letdown. the portions were overpriced and lacked flavor. The pool’s 8 PM closing time felt too early, especially considering the calm beach just outside, which limited our evening swims. Overall, the beauty of the resort and dedicated staff made for an enjoyable stay, though room ambiance certainly has room for improvement.

This place was just a proper fit for a speedy visit in Passikudah with value for price. The beach in front of the hotel was clean and safe, making it perfect for a quick dip. Consider trying their full board option for hassle-free meals.
